Install soil retaining walls on all four sides at once! Maximum length 7.4m 'Four-Sided Beam Type 4 Belly Support'

【Improved Workability】Over 50% weight reduction compared to steel retaining materials! Contributes to shortening construction periods in sites requiring heavy temporary structures. Also features flexible expansion width, making it effective in various sites.

The four-sided beam type 4 belly support can achieve a maximum expansion width of 7.47m, providing a wide working space at rectangular excavation sites. In the past, heavy temporary supports such as steel retaining materials and H-shaped steel were required at these sites, but construction is now possible with the lightweight metal support of the four-sided beam type 4 belly support. By changing the design from steel sheet pile driving plus steel retaining materials to aluminum sheet pile installation plus four-sided beam type 4 belly support, it is possible to shorten the construction period. It is effective in various sites, including special sections of electric wire joint trenches, large-diameter and long pipes, combined treatment septic tanks, and seismic reinforcement work for bridge piers. 【Features】 ■ Can install soil retention in four directions at once ■ Secures a wide working space with a maximum expansion width of 7,470mm (5,360mm to 7,470mm) ■ Can be constructed with a single layer beam for excavation depths up to 2.5m! *Calculated under standard conditions for sandy soil ■ Suitable for installation work in special sections of electric wire joint trenches ■ Achieves over 50% weight reduction compared to steel retaining materials of similar dimensions through unique design *Comparison with H250 steel retaining materials *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
